Lesen:

Wieder kam eine große Menschenmenge zusammen, als Jesus am See sprach. Darum stieg er in ein Boot und redete von dort zu den Menschen am Ufer. Was er ihnen von Gott zu sagen hatte, erklärte er ihnen durch Beispiele: Hört mir zu! Ein Bauer säte Getreide aus. Dabei fielen ein paar Samenkörner auf den Weg. Die wurden gleich von den Vögeln aufgepickt. Andere fielen auf felsigen Boden, wo die Ackerkrume nur dünn war. Dort ging die Saat zwar schnell auf, aber als die Sonne heiß brannte, vertrockneten die Pflänzchen, weil ihre Wurzeln in der dünnen Erdschicht zu wenig Nahrung fanden. Ein Teil des Samens fiel zwischen die Disteln, von denen die jungen Pflanzen bald überwuchert wurden, sodass sie schließlich erstickten. Der übrige Samen aber fiel auf fruchtbaren Boden und brachte das Dreißigfache, das Sechzigfache, ja sogar das Hundertfache an Frucht ein. Hört genau auf das, was ich euch sage. Später, als Jesus mit seinen zwölf Jüngern und den anderen Begleitern alleine war, fragten sie ihn: Warum erzählst du solche Beispiele? Er antwortete: Ihr versteht die Geheimnisse des Reiches Gottes. Den anderen erkläre ich sie durch Gleichnisse. Damit erfüllt sich an ihnen das Wort des Propheten Jesaja: Sie sehen, aber sie erkennen nicht, sie hören, aber sie verstehen es nicht. Sonst würden sie ja zu Gott umkehren und ihre Sünde würde ihnen vergeben. Zugleich sagte er zu den Jüngern: Aber ich sehe, dass auch ihr diesen einfachen Vergleich nicht verstanden habt. Wie wollt ihr dann all die anderen begreifen? Wer Gottes Wort weitergibt, ist wie ein Bauer, der Samen aussät. Mit dem festgetretenen Weg, auf den ein paar Körner fallen, sind die hartherzigen Menschen gemeint. Sie hören zwar Gottes Botschaft, aber dann kommt der Satan und nimmt ihnen alles wieder weg. Der felsige Boden ist ein Beispiel für die Leute, die das Wort Gottes schnell und mit großer Begeisterung annehmen. Aber das Wort kann nicht tief genug in ihr Leben eindringen. Sie sind hin- und hergerissen. Wenn sie wegen ihres Glaubens in Schwierigkeiten kommen oder verfolgt werden, geben sie gleich auf. Der von Disteln überwucherte Boden entspricht den Menschen, die Gottes Botschaft hören und aufnehmen. Aber nur allzu schnell ersticken Sorgen des Alltags, die Verführung des Wohlstandes und die Gier nach all den Dingen dieses Lebens Gottes Botschaft in ihren Herzen, sodass keine Frucht wachsen kann. Aber es gibt auch fruchtbaren Boden: Menschen, die Gottes Wort hören und in ihr Leben aufnehmen, sodass es Frucht bringt, dreißigfach, sechzigfach oder hundertfach. - Markus 4:1-20

Nachdenken:

Vor meiner Begegnung mit Gott gab es viele hartgetretene Pfade, auf denen mich sein Wort nicht erreichen konnte. Die Saat blieb auf der Oberfläche liegen und wurde schlussendlich aus dem Weg geräumt, weil sie keine Wurzeln schlagen konnte.

Später mit einem offeneren Herzen lernte ich Gott kennen, gab ihm aber zu wenig Raum und Nahrung, sodass sich die gute Saat in mir nicht weiter entwickeln konnte.

In der Distel-Zeit war und bin ich von Ängsten und Sorgen so in Beschlag genommen, dass sich das Wort Gottes gegen das „Unkraut“ nicht durchsetzen kann. Die Disteln gehen sozusagen gleichzeitig mit der Saat auf, verdrängen sie aber schlussendlich.

In Zeiten des fruchtbaren Bodens, die ich immer mehr in mein Leben integrieren möchte, schaffe ich es, mich aufmerksam und ohne Ablenkung oder Angst auf Gottes Wort einzulassen.

Vielleicht hat die eine oder der andere von euch ähnliche Erfahrungen mit seinem Boden gemacht, denn schließlich tragen wir alle das vierfache Ackerland in uns.

Es gibt nur zwei Arten von Böden: fruchtbar oder unfruchtbar!

Herr lass die Lebensqualität des Reiches Gottes jetzt schon sichtbar werden durch Früchte wie Gerechtigkeit, Friede, Freude, Liebe und Güte.

And a very large crowd gathered about him, so that he got into a boat and sat in it on the sea, and the whole crowd was beside the sea on the land. 2 And he was teaching them many things in parables, and in his teaching he said to them: 3 “Listen! Behold, a sower went out to sow. 4 And as he sowed, some seed fell along the path, and the birds came and devoured it. 5 Other seed fell on rocky ground, where it did not have much soil, and immediately it sprang up, since it had no depth of soil. 6 And when the sun rose, it was scorched, and since it had no root, it withered away. 7 Other seed fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up and choked it, and it yielded no grain. 8 And other seeds fell into good soil and produced grain, growing up and increasing and yielding thirtyfold and sixtyfold and a hundredfold.” 9 And he said, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear.”

10 And when he was alone, those around him with the twelve asked him about the parables. 11 And he said to them, “To you has been given the secret of the kingdom of God, but for those outside everything is in parables, 12 so that “‘they may indeed see but not perceive, and may indeed hear but not understand, lest they should turn and be forgiven.’” 13 And he said to them, “Do you not understand this parable? How then will you understand all the parables? 14 The sower sows the word. 15 And these are the ones along the path, where the word is sown: when they hear, Satan immediately comes and takes away the word that is sown in them. 16 And these are the ones sown on rocky ground: the ones who, when they hear the word, immediately receive it with joy. 17 And they have no root in themselves, but endure for a while; then, when tribulation or persecution arises on account of the word, immediately they fall away.[1] 18 And others are the ones sown among thorns. They are those who hear the word, 19 but the cares of the world and the deceitfulness of riches and the desires for other things enter in and choke the word, and it proves unfruitful. 20 But those that were sown on the good soil are the ones who hear the word and accept it and bear fruit, thirtyfold and sixtyfold and a hundredfold.” - Mark 4:1-20

Reflect:

Before I encountered God, there were many hard, well-trodden paths where His Word could not reach me. The seeds remained on the surface and were finally cleared out of the way because they could not take root.

Later, with a more open heart, I got to know God, but I gave him too little space and nourishment, so that the good seeds in me could not develop further.

In the thistle-times, I was and am so monopolized by fears and worries that the Word of God cannot prevail against the "weeds". The thistles sprout, so to speak, at the same time as the seeds, but ultimately suppress them.

In times of fertile soil, which I want to integrate more and more into my life, I manage to get involved with God's word attentively and without distraction or fear.

Perhaps one or the other of you has had similar experiences with your soil, because ultimately, each of us has each of the four types of arable land within us.

Pray:

There are only two types of soil: fertile or infertile!

Lord, make the quality of life of the Kingdom of God visible already through fruits such as justice, peace, joy, love and goodness.
